Square plug valve, also known as square plug valve, is a main control equipment for regulating or cutting off the flow of materials in conveying pipelines for powder, crystalline, granular, and small block materials. Installation of square plug valve:

When this valve is installed on a pipeline, the valve stem can be upward or horizontal

2. Check whether each threaded connection is loose and adjust the tightening;

3. Remove the covers at both ends of the valve channel, clean the inner cavity, and remove oil stains;

4. Peel off the valve stem protective oil paper and reapply lubricating grease on the valve stem;

5. Rinse and clean the pipeline to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

4. When opening and closing the valve, the electric (pneumatic) actuator should be opened and closed by lifting and lowering the valve stem. During the opening and closing process, the force should be evenly distributed, and before reaching the desired position, it should be slowly opened or closed until it is sealed.
